Expose implicit links between NSD objects

NSD uses, like SCL, implicit links. For example, the attribute “type” of a DataObject references the CDC having the same value for its "name" attribute. Moreover, DataObject and CDC are in different NSD files. These links need to be exposed by the NSD metamodel.
